Pine City Campground in located on the Inyo National Forest in California’s Eastern Sierras, near the town of Mammoth Lakes. The campground stretches along a road that parallels Lake Mary, which sits just across the road. Visitors enjoy easy access to fishing opportunities and many hiking trails. Be bear aware; keep all food out of sight in approved containers or locked inside your vehicle and remove all food from area after eating; always keep a clean camp and do not feed wild animals. This facility is operated by Inyo Recreation, a Division of California Land Management. Your comments are appreciated; comment forms are available from campground hosts or on our website. Hiking within the Inyo Wilderness requires a special permit for overnight stays. These permits are managed through a limited allocation system.
