Escape the hustle and bustle of the city at Memorial Park — a scenic and remote campground tucked away in the Santa Lucia Mountains. A beautiful trout stream surrounded by spectacular rock formations and sprawling oaks are just a few of the of the attributes of this unspoiled family-friendly campground. This facility is currently under fire restriction from the USFS. Charcoal or wood fires are not permitted. Please bring a propane stove for cooking. Propane Fire Rings are also permitted. For further updates check our website at www.campone.com . Camping fee includes 1 vehicle and 1 tent, trailer or RV. $10 fee for each extra vehicle. No drinking water is available. Pets are allowed. No public showers in the region. Paved road turns to dirt 3/4 of the way there. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. – 6 a.m. Fireworks are prohibited at all times. No cell service can be found in the campground. Don’t take unnecessary chances-help for emergencies is miles away. Do not hike alone. Bring your gnat/mosquito repellent in Spring/Summer/Fall. Fires are allowed only in designated fire rings.
