Lakes Basin Campground is located in the Lakes Basin Recreation Area, 9 miles southwest of Graegle, California. Visitors enjoy boating, fishing and hiking at Gold Lake, just 2 miles away. Some sites are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Caution: bears, raccoons, etc. frequent the area; all food must be kept in approved containers. No RVs on sites 1 (group site), 10, 13 and 22; one vehicle only in sites 10 and 22 A $3.00 fee per pet will be collected on site. Water spigots are shared between sites. Walk-in sites available year round (weather permitting). After mid-September there is dry camping only.
