Hirz Cabin is nestled among manzanita and oak trees on a hilltop overlooking the McCloud Arm of Shasta Lake. The scenic location offers a variety of recreational activities, including a nearby boat ramp for water sports and a hiking trail. There is no bedding included. You must bring your own sleeping bags or blankets. Poison oak is abundant in the area. There is a $12 daily fee to use the boat ramp. Call (530) 275-8113 one week before arrival for entry code.
