Your DMV Disabled Placard/License Plate does not automatically give you a discount on your campsite. You will need to obtain a CA State park-issued Disabled Discount Pass (DDP) or Distinguished Veterans Pass (DVP).
Road to the Park is narrow and winding; 30 minutes (13 miles) from Highway 101. NOT advisable for RV’s over 20′ in length; no pull through sites. Pit toilets ONLY. BE AWARE this is Not Henry Cowell State Park. Henry Cowell is near the city of Santa Cruz. Henry Coe is 25 miles South East of San Jose. Fees include entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle or trailer, additional vehicles will be charged per night at the park. Although your site may hold 2 or more vehicles, your reservation only covers 1 vehicle (except for group or specialty sites). Reservations available year-round. Wood or charcoal campfires can be banned at any time due conditions at the park. Propane or white gas stoves are allowed. Ground fires and wood collection are NOT allowed anywhere in the park.
