Hat Rock State Park is an oasis lying below a signature landmark. Tall shade trees and acres of green grass in the midst of a hilly, rocky landscape invite picnicking. Trails encourage exploring. A boat ramp offers access to Lake Wallula, a high desert reservoir filled by the Columbia River. During Winter Season flush restrooms may be closed due to cold weather. Pit toilets will be available. There is an $8 reservation fee per site reserved. An $8 transaction fee is charged for any date or site changes made to an existing reservation. *Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the end of the stay will only pay an $8 transaction fee.
