Emerald Bay State Park is site specific; you will select your site at the time you make your reservation. WARNING: Metal bear resistant food lockers are provided in each campsite. All food, beverages, and toiletries are required by law to be stored in provided food lockers. Violators will be cited. Camp at your own risk! By choosing to enter or camp at Emerald Bay SP you assume the risk of personal injury or property damaged caused by bears. Fees include entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle or trailer, additional vehicles will be charged per night at the park. Although your site may hold 2 or more vehicles, your reservation only covers 1 vehicle (except for group or specialty sites). Dogs are NOT allowed on beaches or hiking trails. This park is above 6,200-ft elevation. Campsite availability is subject to unpredictable and adverse weather conditions including snow closures, which may result in cancelled reservations. Campers are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and camping gear for cold weather conditions.
