With the scenic peaks of the Wallowa Mountains rising in the background, Catherine Creek State Park offers a refreshing, peaceful setting for fishing or just relaxing. The park closes during the winter. Call the Oregon State Park Information Center at 800-551-6949 for details. Water and restrooms available May 1 through September 30th. Day use areas may be available first come, first serve during the off season, weather permitting. There is an $8 reservation fee per site reserved. An $8 transaction fee is charged for any date or site changes made to an existing reservation. *Reservations for more than five nights/days that are later changed to fewer nights/days by cancelling nights at the end of the stay will only pay an $8 transaction fee.
