Your DMV Disabled Placard/License Plate does not automatically give you a discount on your campsite. You will need to obtain a CA State park-issued Disabled Discount Pass (DDP) or Distinguished Veterans Pass (DVP). Rodent Warning Park visitors are advised the park is experiencing an increase in the rodent population such as ground squirrels this year. Ground squirrels can damage property and equipment. While we strive to control rodent populations at this campground park visitors who occupy campsites must take precaution to protect their food and equipment. California State Parks is not responsible for damage to personal property. For RV sites on beachfront, reserve in Santa Rosa Beach or San Miguel Beach. Tent Camping is available in the Anacapa, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa Beach, and San Miguel Inland loops. Tents are not allowed on pavement. Beach front tent sites are located in the Santa Cruz area. The loop called ‘Beach Front’ is for RV and Trailers ONLY.

San Miguel Inland – Motorhome/Trailer (Sites 147-168); campers are allowed a small tent. San Miguel Beach Row DOES NOT ALLOW TENTS. Santa Rosa Beach Row Motorhome/Trailer (Sites 124-146); campers allowed a small tent. To book a Group site you must have at least NINE occupants. All sites open to reservations year round. Max. 8 per site. Carpinteria is Site Specific for reservations. You will select your site at the time your reservation is made. During peak season this park has a maximum stay limit of 7 consecutive nights. Once the consecutive night limit has been reached, the person(s), equipment, and/or vehicles(s) must vacate the campground for a period of 48 hours before returning for another stay. Fees include entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle or trailer, additional vehicles will be charged per night at the park. Although your site may hold 2 or more vehicles, your reservation only covers 1 vehicle (except for group or specialty sites). Due to congestion on park roads, free passes for deliveries or passenger drop off are not permitted. NO Dogs allowed on the Beach! Swings or hammocks may not be fastened to trees. San Miguel Beach Row – Ocean side bluff access no longer allowed. Vehicles may not overhang past the curb. Back in parking only. Parallel parking prohibited. Fire pit is not provided. No tents allowed. Generator Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
