Boca Spring Campground is located a mile east of Boca Reservoir in the Tahoe National Forest, 15 minutes from Truckee, California. Visitors enjoy the area for its boating, swimming, fishing and abundant trail opportunities. Off-road vehicles can only be used to enter and exit the facility; no recreational riding within the campground. Walk-in sites available, weather permitting. BBQs only refers to fire pits with BBQ grate as an amenity, not stand-alone BBQs. Not all sites have stand-alone BBQs but they all have pits with grates. Fire restrictions may be imposed at any time due to hot, dry weather conditions, at which time campfires and charcoal fires may not be allowed.
