About

Hidden in a forest between Cape Foulweather and Yaquina Head, Beverly Beach State's creekside campground is one of the state's largest. Some campsites and the park's day-use area are just steps away from miles of ocean beach. The park is central to excellent whale watching viewpoints, tidepools teeming with sea life, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and shops and restaurants in Newport. MAKE SURE YOUR SITE MEETS YOUR CAMPING NEEDS Before reserving, please become familiar with the particulars of your chosen site, including the size of the tent pad area and the type of equipment that you may bring to the park. Site details and tent pad sizes can be viewed online by clicking on the site name. Due to COVID-19 impacts and budget reductions, there is a significant impact to our services. All shower facilities are closed at the coastal parks at this time. No walk-in camping is allowed. For other reduced services, please visit the park website at stateparks.oregon.gov Only one vehicle is included with standard camp fees. A second vehicle kept at a campsite (or alternate parking area) is subject to a nightly Extra Vehicle fee. The nightly Extra Vehicle fee is currently $7.00. A second vehicle is permitted only if both vehicles have all wheels on pavement pad. Two motorized vehicles maximum allowed per site including a tow vehicle. Additional extra vehicles must park in a designated area away from the campsite and pay the nightly Extra Vehicle fee. Oregon State law requires that anyone under the age of 16 must wear a bicycle helmet when riding bikes, scooters, skate boards and roller blades. Beverly Beach State Park now has a day use meeting hall (large yurt) available. Please do not dump a full holding tank into the campsite connection as it may overflow. Use the dump station located near the registration booth. For information on discount programs call the OPRD Information Center at 1-800-551-6949 or visit us online at www.OregonStateParks.org.
