Come saddle up with us and let the adventure begin! Shasta Cove Stables is a professional horseback guiding company, with over 75 years of combined horsemanship, climbing, mountaineering, hiking, camping and backpacking experience.

Our objective is to guide our clients on exciting, safe, and educational experiences through the beautiful Shasta-Trinity National Forest. We want to share with our clients the wonders of this beautiful country and our love for horses.

Shasta Cove Stables is proud to offer a variety of horse related activities. We offer both pre-scheduled trips for your convience, or call us to customize your own horseback adventure.

Our day rides throughout the Shasta-Trinity National Forest offer the unique opportunity to our guests to view nature atop one of our gentle horses. Both half day and full day trips are available. We also offer one and two-hour rides. Overnight rides & campouts

Camp-California is concerned about the health and safety of our campers and adventurers. While camping and outdoor activities do offer the ability to self-isolate, we are encouraging all California residents and travelers to shelter in place until further notice. We recognize that getting outdoors is what you do best, and we will be here to reacquaint you with nature once we're cleared for adventure again!

 

Most private parks are open with 14-day minimums. If you are a full-time RVer looking to shelter in place, a member of the traveling medical profession, or a utility worker looking for a park please call our office and we can connect you with an appropriate location.
