Lawrence Welk Theatre and Golf, Escondido

Welk hospitality is rooted in music. So, in addition to fabulous resort accommodations, first-class amenities and outstanding activities, you can count on Welk Resorts to bring you and your family the best live entertainment. Some of the best live stage shows in San Diego.

Welk Resorts San Diego’s two 18-hole public golf courses are scenic masterpieces designed by David Rainville (Fountains) and Jim Brown (Oaks). Both the Oaks Golf Course and Fountains Golf Course designated by GOLF DIGEST as “Best Places to Play” offer challenging play for experienced and novice golfers alike. Resort tee markers provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages and skill levels.

Live on stage, it’s the best of Broadway. In the intimate 339-seat Actors’ Equity theatre Welk Resort San Diego, every seat for every show is a good one. The Welk Resort Theatre features professional stage productions such as Fiddler on the Roof and Oklahoma! You may recognize some familiar names and faces in the cast. And you’ll definitely have a good time, whether you bring the kids or sneak away for an evening with just the two of you.

Camp-California is concerned about the health and safety of our campers and adventurers. While camping and outdoor activities do offer the ability to self-isolate, we are encouraging all California residents and travelers to shelter in place until further notice. We recognize that getting outdoors is what you do best, and we will be here to reacquaint you with nature once we're cleared for adventure again!

Most private parks are open with 14-day minimums. If you are a full-time RVer looking to shelter in place, a member of the traveling medical profession, or a utility worker looking for a park please call our office and we can connect you with an appropriate location.
