McCloud Bike-Toberfest

The McCloud Chamber of Commerce invites sports enthusiasts of all levels to have a day of fun in historic McCloud.  HELMETS ARE REQUIRED!  Events include:  The Harris Springs and McCloud Dam Ride, 5 and 10 K Runs, Cycle-cross, Bike Rodeo, Bike Parade highlighting vintage bikes and bands, beer, food, and fun downtown.

Red Bluff Round-Up

Round-Up Week festivities are kicked off with the ‘running of the bucking horses’ through town as local rodeo stock provider John Growney and his crew herd over 100 rodeo horses down Main Street… just like they did in the good old days!

Shasta Lake Trout Derby

We in the Lakehead Community of Shasta Lake would like to WELCOME all anglers old and young to our Trout Derby. We hope you will get to know all that this part of Shasta Lake has to offer. We want you to experience what we already know. Lakehead and the Sacramento Arm of Shasta Lake truly are a wonderful place to fish and have a really good time. We wish all of you the best of luck and we hope that the BIG ONE does not get away!

Rails to Trails Festival

Each year in the early Fall, visitors and residents flock to the Susanville Depot, 601 Richmond Road, for the Rails to Trails Festival.  This is one of those events that will draw families and enthusiasts year after year so be prepared to get “hooked.”  Come prepared for weather changes and you will thoroughly enjoy yourselves!! The Rails to Trails Festival is planned in coordination with the Bizz Johnson Marathon.

Shasta Damboree

Our Damboree event takes place the fist Saturday in May every year. We start with a great Pancake Breakfast at our local fire hall followed by a Parade and then we move to the Day at The Park where you will find great food, craft vendors and plenty of entertainment. Bring your chairs and a blanket to lay down and have a picinc on and plan on spending the entire day enjoying our local weather, food, fair vendors and entertainment.

Gold Digger Days

Greenville hosts a local parade, street fair, prospectors, and a chili cook off.

Weed Carnevale! A Celebration of Generations

The Weed Chamber of Commerce presents its Annual Carnevale at Bel Air Park in Weed. Rides, games, family, friends, food… FUN! For tickets, t-shirts and info give us a call at 530-938-4624 or come down to the Visitor’s Cabin under the Arch at 34 Main Street in Weed.

Kool April Nights

Ladies and Gentlemen, start your web browsers Wake up and smell the exhaust fumes! Hear the roar of the hot engines… Gawk at the custom paint…. taste the old-fashioned burgers at that 50’s joint out on Highway 273.  Great cars, great music, great food…bobby sox and ponytails…bigger and better than ever. At every Kool April Nites week long event you’ll find miles of Classic Cars,  Show and Shines, Trophies, Food, Music, Dances… and more fun than two teens in a rumble seat at the drive-in.

The Whole Earth and Watershed Festival

This community-wide event with multiple activities celebrates social, economic, and environmental solutions for ourselves and our planet while enhancing the  health and livability of our region.

Lassen Dark Sky Festival

One of the most spectacular is frequently overlooked — our incredible, dark, night sky. Lassen Volcanic is one of the best places to learn about and enjoy the splendor of the night sky.

Dunsmuir Railroad Days

Since 1940 Dunsmuir has been celebrating its railroad heritage with Railroad Days, an annual event in June that features vintage and model trains, a parade, live entertainment and kids’ activities.
