An 8 mile circuit race – beside the scenic Tule River. Fire road, awesome single track, challenging climbs, great scenic overlook, fast descents on “E” ticket single track with a downhill you’re gonna LOVE!

Apple Run

As part of the Springville Apple Festival, join the Apple Run 5K, 10K, or Kid’s runs, plus the 2-mile walk on Saturday morning.

Whiskey Flat Wild West Daze Rodeo

Whiskey Flat Wild West Daze Rodeo is held during the leap back to the good ol’ wild west days when the area was settled by gold miners, cattle ranchers and trappers.

Tour de Tahoe

The 10th Annual ride provides another opportunity to ride around beautiful Lake Tahoe’s 72-mile shoreline. It offers spectacular scenery, great food and support. It will also offer our famous sightseeing Boat Cruise / 35-Mile Fun Ride. This year, join the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Fundraising Team Program. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the end of summer on the roadways around Lake Tahoe.

The Tevis Cup – A Horseman’s Journey since 1955

From Tahoe to Auburn, 100 miles in 24 hours, thousands of horsemen have tested their endurance. The Tevis Cup Ride is the founding modern-day equestrian event of its kind in the world. The Western States Trail Foundation (WSTF) welcomes you to an endurance riding event of distinction, recognized as one of the world’s best tests of true horsemanship.

Tahoe Celebrity Golf

The American Century Championship has joined forces with the Lance Armstrong Foundation, the organization founded by the cancer survivor and champion cyclist to serve people affected by cancer. Against the beautiful backdrop of a High Sierra Lake, the global fight against cancer will share the spotlight with the biggest names in sports and entertainment.

Tahoe Snow Festival

Every spring since 1982, North Lake Tahoe comes alive with ten fun-filled days and nights, jam packed with events and activities for all ages. This year, the annual favorites will be back, along with a host of great new ones! On and off the mountain, at North Tahoe’s numerous resorts and vibrant lakeside neighborhoods, there’s something for everyone. Enjoy on-snow events at resorts like Squaw Valley USA, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Diamond Peak, and Northstar-at-Tahoe; Participate in special events, parades, races, parties, concerts, theater; and of course, there’s plenty of wining and dining to be had at North Lake Tahoe’s fine restaurants and lively establishments. Join in and celebrate the fun and frolic of winter! There’s no better time to be in North Lake Tahoe. Snow conditions in early March are some of the best of the season.

Held every Presidents Day Weekend, Whiskey Flat is a leap back to the good ol’ wild west days when the area was settled by gold miners, cattle ranchers and trappers. Join us when Kernville reverts to its old name “Whiskey Flat” for four nostalgic days of fun for the entire family.

Mule Days Celebration

Every year during the Memorial Day Weekend, more than 700 mules compete in 181 events at the Bishop Mule Days Celebration. There is no way to actually describe Mule Days. It is part mule show, part test of skills, and part Wild West show.

Vintage Trailer Rally at the Lake

Vintage trailers up to the 1970’s and vintage style teardrop trailers only will be allowed in our specific reserved area. Your friends with newer trailers can camp close by. Here’s your chance to explore the beautiful Lake Tahoe area.
