Park Overview

Los Angeles County’s only recreational vehicle campground ON THE BEACH! RV’ers enjoy sunshine, ocean breezes, and a scenic panorama from Malibu to Catalina Island. There’s plenty to do and lots to enjoy at Dockweiler RV Park. For starters, this popular, year-round beach campsite offers complete hook-ups, a handy pump-out station, hot showers, and a laundromat. Each campsite has its own picnic table and barbecue, so you can enjoy your stay. And, of course, there’s the ocean only a few steps from your RV door. You can play volleyball at nearby courts, take a walk on the sand, or even have a romantic fire on the beach. It’s all here. This is a great beach for swimming. If you’ve never tried surf fishing, this is your chance. The 22-mile Marvin Braude Bicycle Trail is only a few pedals away from the camp, connecting the RV Park with nearby attractions such as Redondo Beach Pier, Venice, Santa Monica beaches and Marina del Rey. The RV Park is freeway-close to some of Southern California’s many attractions, such as Disneyland, Universal Studios, the Getty Museum, to name just a few.

Camp-California is concerned about the health and safety of our campers and adventurers. While camping and outdoor activities do offer the ability to self-isolate, we are encouraging all California residents and travelers to shelter in place until further notice. We recognize that getting outdoors is what you do best, and we will be here to reacquaint you with nature once we're cleared for adventure again!

Most private parks are open with 14-day minimums. If you are a full-time RVer looking to shelter in place, a member of the traveling medical profession, or a utility worker looking for a park please call our office and we can connect you with an appropriate location.
