Just outside of Bakersfield in the town of McFarland sits the Auto Club Famoso Raceway. The concrete, ¼ mile track is best known for March Meet, the largest nostalgic drag in the world. The track offers year–round entertainment including a high school series and junior drags. There is plenty of parking for visitors as well as food concessions and souvenirs.
