Merchant Participation in RVing REWARDS!
Each year there are more than 2 million camper visits in California. It stands to reason that reaching this market could be valuable to you. These campers need what you have to offer. They eat at restaurants, get their RV and cars fixed, have technology needs and so much more. This is a mobile group ... so they have these needs near their home and while they are traveling. By participating in the RVing REWARDS! program in some way - you can reach campers who live near you as well as those who are traveling past or to your area. Visitor's to your area won't know you exist ... we can help them find you.
You can reach these campers via one or more of these methods:
Distribute scratchers to the Free RV give-away at the California State-Fair.
- Campers will find your business via the RVing REWARDS! scratcher participating locations list on Camp-California.com. This list is promoted via the California Campin' eNews and local advertisiing.
- Campers patronize your business and ask for a scratcher as they pay their bill. You will know they found your business through the RVing REWARDS Scratcher program.
- Scratchers are issued to you at no up-front cost. At the program's end (July 27) you will return the unused scratchers and pay $.65 for each scratcher distributed. There is no cost to you until you have a paying customer! That's efficient advertising!

When a camper receives a scratcher, they scratch off the film. Below the film they will find three types of prizes:
- Semi-finalist - they complete the back of the scratcher and mail it to our office to be entered into a monthly drawing to be a finalist to win the FREE RV at the State Fair.
- Free Camping - A number of RV parks and campgrounds are offering 3 days, 2 night free camping certificates as prizes.
- Other offers - These prizes can be $5 off your next purchase at _______ store, or buy 1 get one free lunch at _______ restaurant, $25 in free slot play at _______ casino ... there are many possibilities.
- There is no cost to make a prize offer on the next printing of scratchers.
- Scratchers are distributed California-wide, we are unable to restrict distribution to Southern, Central or Southern California.
- Contact "Camper Rick" to establish a prize offer, and the number of scratchers the offer will be printed on.
- In early summer 2010 the RVing REWARDS! Subscription service will be launched. We are in the sign-up process at this time.
- There is no cost to merchants.
- To participate, you only need to make a valuable coupon offer. You set the offer, limitations and expiration date. You may submit up to 3 coupons per location. You may add new offers on a regular basis.
- We anticipate the program will launch June 1st so establish your coupon offers accordingly.
- To create coupon offers you must create a profile which must be validated by RVing REWARS! administration. Once you have received notification that your membership has been validated you can login to this website and create coupon offers.
- Please note printing of coupons is not limited. Subscribers can print a coupon as many times as they want. Of course, each time they use your coupon you have a paying customer!
- You can have a number of coupons that will run one after the other with different expiration dates.
