California Requirements for driving RVs over 40 Feet

It is legal to drive motorhomes over 40 feet but not over 45 feet in length in California. (For simplicity, we refer to these as 40'+ motorhomes.) However, there are special requirements for driving motorhomes 40'+ in length.
